How much does the IT service cost?
For private customers, there's the Quick-Fix for CHF 70 flat rate (on-site, max 1h, once per year) or the Full Service from CHF 80/h. For businesses from CHF 110/h. Within 30 minutes driving time from Dübendorf, there are no travel costs.
How quickly can you help?
Via remote support often immediately or the same day. For on-site appointments usually within 1-2 business days.
Which areas do you cover?
My coverage area includes everything within 30 minutes driving time from Dübendorf — that includes Zurich, Winterthur, Uster, Kloten, Dietikon and surroundings. Within this zone, travel is free. Beyond that, CHF 30 flat. Via remote support, I assist you across Switzerland.
How does remote support work?
Via TeamViewer QuickSupport, I securely connect to your computer. You download a small program, share the access code with me, and I can help you directly on screen. After the session, the connection is automatically terminated.
Do you also help with smartphone and tablet problems?
Yes, I support you with all questions about iPhone, Android, iPad and other tablets — from setup to data transfer to app problems.
Do you offer maintenance contracts?
Yes, for businesses I offer regular IT support. Contact me for a customized offer tailored to your needs.
Can I get help on weekends?
In urgent cases, I am also reachable on weekends via WhatsApp or Signal. Contact me and we'll find a solution.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay in cash, by payment slip, or via TWINT. You receive the invoice after completion of the job.
What should I do if my computer won't start?
Contact me by phone or WhatsApp. I can often give an initial assessment over the phone and, if needed, quickly come on-site to fix the problem and secure your data.
Do you also create websites and offer hosting?
Yes, I create modern, fast websites for individuals and businesses — and can also take care of hosting (from CHF 8/mo) and ongoing maintenance. The development rate is CHF 120/h, flat-rate offers available on request.
